Privacy Statement
At Bioceutica, we believe that understanding what our customers want for
products, services and information is an important part of building a long term
and useful online environment.
When you place an order with Bioceutica, your order information may be shared
with your assigned Business Development Associate (BDA), receiving credit for
your order. Your BDA will receive your name, address, phone number and e-mail
address, along with a summation of your order. Bioceutica will not provide your
information to any third party company without your prior consent. We have
restricted our BDA from using your personal information in any way other than
to provide you with more information about products & services that
Bioceutica offers.
Any information that is sent to Metametrix® Clinical Laboratory, is also held
in confidence. Any personal information you provide us with, or that is
gathered from testing performed, will be used solely to determine your test
results, as described in our literature. The tests and analysis SHALL NOT be
used to detect the presence of any disease, health condition, drug or other
substance. Absolutely no information will be given to third parties.
Research
Information gathered through testing and/or from responses on your Lab Request
forms and Questionnaires will be held in strictest confidence by Bioceutica. By
your participation in our programs, however, you acknowledge that your
anonymous test results and/or lab form information will become part of our
cumulative database, which is subject to periodic scientific statistical
analyses. These analyses may be included as clinical trial/study data in
research papers written for the purposes of publication in mainstream
scientific journals. No personal identifying information will ever be disclosed
without written prior consent by you.
Checkout
We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your
order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask
for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide
this information to the company or companies who process your credit card
payment. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in
the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order. We do
not share or sell email addresses.
My Account/Address Book
When you create an account at www.Bioceutica.com, we ask for your name,
address, phone number, email address, credit card information (optional) and a
user name and password. We use this information to fulfill your orders and to
enable time-saving features on the site. We do not share or sell email
addresses.
Cookies - what they are and how we use them

computer when you visit some Web sites. Bioceutica uses cookies to help make it
easier for you to use our site and to help us customize your experience so that
